Transformers Generation Two

Somewhere in 1992 Hasbro decided to bring back the popular Transformers toy line after a short hiatus. The toys continued to be produced along with new comics and new cartoons outside of the US but those did not make it over here to become official until years latter. So Hasbro brought the Transformers back with a semi new toy line and a semi new cartoon and a brand new comic book.
What was so different about G1 and G2?
Well at the start most Generation 2 toys were just reissues with new paint jobs and electronic sound boxes and launching weapons added to "spice" them up a bit. The cartoon was not really new either. Instead of brand new episodes what we got were Generation 1 cartoons encased inside of a GCI box which rotated around while showing scenes from the cartoons. The only "new" footage was some CGI shots taken from the commercials before and after each episode.
Instead of "enhancing" the entire G1 series though, only episodes which featured the reissued toys were used. This led to some serious continuity errors and a HUGE leap from near the end of Season 2 to half way through Season 3 and skipping everything in between.
The cartoons had a nasty habit of making me dizzy so I was not a big fan of the so called enhancements, but I tuned in each week because since the shows cancellation while I was still rather young, I had missed quit a few episodes and this was as close to getting caught up as I could get.
Unfortunately the G2 episodes have never been released official on VHS, DVD, or any official format so they are pretty much lost episodes. I found a handful of them on Youtube but the quality was so low I could not bring myself to watch it. So I am afraid I will be unable to list the episodes or write reviews of them until I can track down better copies and someday a complete run. Below is just the handful of episodes I was able to track down.
